In 2006, the company opened a second office in Washington, D.C., which is now the company’s headquarters.

Leadership
William R. Gauger, Esq., a real estate industry professional and attorney, is the founder and a principal of William Gauger & Associates. Mr. Gauger received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. He holds a Masters in Urban & Regional Planning from the Taubman College at the University of Michigan where he concentrated in real estate and economic development. Prior to forming William Gauger & Associates, Mr. Gauger worked as a real estate and affordable housing attorney and subsequently as an affordable housing finance and community redevelopment consultant.
